I have a theory that cats are not the aloof jerks they are made out to be
by the MEDIA BIGWIGS. They care as much as one can care about gigantic,
bizarre, incomprehensible intelligences with the power to summon food from
the air and wiggle toys around with a mere flick of the wrist. It ain’t
that they don’t like us, it’s that we are to them what alien Greys and
Greek demigods are to us. Terrifying and inexplicable.
