AMSTERDAM, Netherlands (Reuters) — Dutch students have invented powdered alcohol which they say can be sold legally to minors.

Sprinkle it on stuff, or eat it like pop rocks. Alcohol crystals, eh? I wonder if it’s like beer-flavored or liquor flavored or what. Or even flavored?
