U.S. Marine “Murders” a Puppy? Fake or Real?

HONOLULU — The United States Marines Corps condemned a YouTube video purportedly showing a Marine viciously mistreating a puppy as “deplorable” on Tuesday and promised that a full investigation is under way.

Look, I don’t like dogs, but if this is real, it’s fucked up. I hope the thing was dead before they threw it. Link to the video in the article.

  2. The video is real. Some really idiotic people have commented that the puppy is either dead or a toy- they seem not to have a clue that a live puppy of that age will hold its front and back paws exactly as this pup does when held by the scruff of the neck. A mother dog will carry the puppies by the scruff of the neck with its mouth and the puppy will instinctively relax and hold its back legs upward and front paws will han donw. A look at the video in slow motion clearly reveals the puppy drawing its back legs up further toward its abdomen. Sick stuff- as cruel as it can get. But justice will be done- this Marine will pay a heavy price for his evil. His life, his prospects, his career, his relationships. None of these will ever be the same. And that’s a good thing. He deserves whatever punishments come his way, as do the others involved. May he pay and pay and pay for the rest of his shortened life. But The Marines should not be collectively punished for the dishonorabl ations of a few bad men.
