The majority of American taxpayers will be receiving a tax rebate of $300 to $1200 (or more) as early as this May! President Bush seems to think that this plan will stimulate the American economy. We think that this plan is just a way for politicians to make Americans feel better by putting a few extra dollars in their pockets. Really interesting. The image that has become iconic in our immigration debate was made by a Native American who was poor at one time. I.e got pushed out of his country by foreigners, and also was looking for opportunity in other places.
